Halls Athletic Football Club and the Halls 1919 Foundation are the same thing. We are a Football Club and a Charity.
We have an Executive Committee that governs the Football (click here to view) and we have a Board of Trustees that oversees the Charity (click the Trustees Tab below)
Our Charity Commision Profile can be accessed here: Halls 1919 Foundation – Charity Commission Profile
Use the TABS below to find out everything about Halls 1919 Foundation and HOW TO SUPPORT US
The objectives of the Charity are for the public benefit and are to be carried out in North Kent and the surrounding areas:
(a) the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation by the provision of facilities for playing football and such other sports which promote health by involving physical or mental skill or exertion and other sports capable of promoting physical health and fitness. For the purposes of this clause ‘facilities’ is defined as land, buildings, equipment and organising sports related activities).
(b) to provide and assist in providing facilities for sport, recreation and other leisure time occupation of people who have need of such facilities because of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, poverty or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving their conditions of life.
(c) to advance education for the public benefit.
Our Trustees are made up of Key Club Officials to represent the Football Club Executive Committee, however we also have local resident Trustees independent from that, and would welcome other applications from all sections of our community to join our Board.
