To: All Halls AFC players and members,
RE: Coronavirus Shutdown
As you may have been made aware from your Managers, all grassroots football activities have been suspended with immediate effect.
There will be no matches and no training for the foreseeable future.
We will continually reassess the training situation, on a week to week basis, and will happily facilitate any groups that wish to train in the coming weeks, should venues be available and parents willing – and of course alongside the governments advice.
But, just as for everything now over the next few months, it is wait and see time…
With regard to your monthly payments, we are asking for March payments to all be paid this month as normal – everyone pays “in arrears”, so this months’ payment covers February.
We will of course suspend all further payments beyond March, SHOULD this be necessary come the end of the month. We will review and update everybody by Monday 30th March, at the latest, so no need to act yet.
Stay in touch via our Twitter or Facebook feeds – both @HAFCOfficial
- Please get out in the garden, or out over the park, with your kids and play some football together 💙
- Wash your hands and stay safe!
Please note that the Kent FA has gone into ‘lockdown’ with no office running, no competitions including cup finals and no courses or mentoring programs.
All the best,
Mr Chris Michaelas
General Secretary & Welfare Officer
